No Problem language schoolSTAFF HUB
PRIVACY POLICY · LAST UPDATED 2 SEPTEMBER 2026

Your teaching data stays for teaching.

This policy explains how No Problem Staff accesses, uses, stores and shares information in the private staff workspace and through the optional Google Drive integration.

Who operates this service

No Problem Staff is operated for the No Problem language-school teaching team in Unisław and Lubicz. Privacy questions, access requests and deletion requests can be sent to pj@noproblem-school.pl.

Information we process

  • Staff account information such as name, school email address, role and assigned school.
  • Workspace content submitted by staff, including materials, files, links, lesson plans, notes, events and team discussions.
  • Security and operational information such as session data, request rate-limit data, audit events, timestamps and IP addresses associated with important changes.
  • When Google Drive is connected: the designated folder identifier, identifiers and metadata for files used by the app, file content needed for upload/download or synchronisation, and OAuth credentials needed to maintain the authorised connection.

How we use information

Information is used only to authenticate staff, provide the teaching and collaboration features requested by users, protect the service, create backups, diagnose failures and support the optional Google Drive file workflow.

Google API data and Limited Use

No Problem Staff’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide or improve the visible Drive features requested by the user. It is not sold, used for advertising, used to determine creditworthiness, or used to train general-purpose artificial-intelligence models.

The app requests Google Drive access because the team’s designated shared folder existed before the app and must be addressed by its configured folder ID. Although the Google permission covers Drive, the app’s file listing and upload workflow is restricted in its configuration and code to that designated folder. Google data is not disclosed to third parties except when required to operate the service securely, comply with law, or act on the user’s explicit instruction.

Storage, security and retention

Production traffic uses HTTPS. Application credentials are kept outside the source code, and workspace data and backups are restricted to authorised administrators. Data is retained while an account or workspace needs it and for a limited backup cycle after deletion. Information may be retained longer where necessary for security, legal obligations or dispute resolution.

Your choices

Staff can request access, correction or deletion by contacting the address above. Google access can also be revoked at any time from the Google Account permissions page. Revocation stops new Google API access; users may separately request deletion of previously imported file metadata or content held by the app.

Changes

This policy will be updated before the app uses Google data for a materially different purpose. The current version will remain available at this URL.
